As a City Host, you’re not just running an event, you’re building something in your city.

You’ll choose the speakers, lock in venues, and shape the experience from the ground up. On the night, you’ll host the room, check people in, and introduce the speaker. You’re the one who sets the tone.

This is for someone who naturally takes initiative. Someone who sees a good venue and reaches out. Who can take time to speak to potential speakers over the phone and use discernment.

You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll be trusted to run it like it’s your own.

And the upside reflects that. You’re paid a percentage of ticket sales, so the better you build it, the more it pays.

To give you a sense of what’s possible:

Our Geelong launch sold out 2.5 weeks before the event.
Melbourne now runs 1 to 2 events a week, regularly selling out 3 weeks in advance.

The demand is there. The format works.

What we need is the right person to bring it to life in their city.

This isn’t suited to someone looking for a passive role or waiting for instructions.

It is suited to someone who wants ownership, enjoys connecting people, and knows how to make things happen.

We will of course take care of all your marketing needs, help find speaker leads, put you in contact with our venue connections as a starting point and give you a full onboarding process so you know exactly what works and doesn't! Learning from our mistakes and having help along the way.
